All Month Long
Join melodically challenged every Sunday from 2-4pm for two hours of poetry and alternative music. Our themes for June are:June 2nd: eeeeww bugs!(an hour of children's poetry in our syndicated show with many of the poems set to music); June 9th we will rebroadcast our ekphrastic show for the first hour followed by a special presentation of radio art presented and created by graduate students from the Ernest G. Welsh School of Art and Design;June 16th:poems about travel; June 23rd: poems about the beach, and on June 30th we will broadcast a show featuring poems from the anniversary edition of Five Points, GSU's world reknown literary journal. You can hear our show on WRAS, 88.5 on your FM dial, or you can listen to our live stream by going to the WRAS web site and clicking on the words "Listen Live" under WRAS Atlanta at the top left of the page.
