For the first time in Poetry at Tech's 10 year history, this reading will featur not just poetry, but science fiction. Poets Gregory Fraser and Jillian Weise will be joined by acclaimed sci-fi writer Kathleen Ann Goonan. Please note that this reading is also in a new venue: Kress Auditorium at The Robert C. Williams Paper Museum, which is located in the Institute of Paper Science and Technology at Georgia Tech at 500 Tenth St. Atlanta, GA 30309. An afternoon of poetry with the AWC at Georgia Perimeter College-Dunwoody with some of Georgia's most noted poets. Meme Curtis Tucker is an award-winning poet, whose collection "The Watchers" was recently named one of the 25 Books Every Georgia Should Read by Georgia Center for the Book. Amy Pence will be reading from her new collection "The Decadent Lovely" and former Georgia Poetry Society president John Ottley will read from his latest collection "The Seventh Deadliest Fear."
