Callanwolde’s regular poetry series continues featuring Karen Holmes and Anya Krugovoy Silver as they read from their latest published works. Experience an evening of poetry in the unique setting of the Callanwolde Library. Karen Paul Holmes has had her poems published in Poetry East, Atlanta Review, Sow's Ear Poetry Review, the anthology Echoes Across the Blue Ridge, and elsewhere. She coordinates a monthly poetry critique group in Buckhead. Anya Krugovoy Silver is an associate professor of English at Mercer University in Macon. Her debut poetry collection The Ninety-Third Name of God was published this year by Louisiana State University Press. Tickets are sold at the door. $5 General Admission, $3 Students/Seniors/Members.
