A talk and mini workshop by John Fox, a poet, certified poetry therapist and founder of the Institute for Poetic Medicine. A writing workshop with John Fox, a poet and founder of the Institute for Poetic Medicine. Over the course of the retreat we will slow down, even allow for stillness and listen to our own flow. We will open to and connect with the poem and the person making the poem and write as much as possible, without rush, feeling the river bend. $150 fee includes Friday talk.
