The annual Voices Carry reading is set for Friday, Oct. 23, at 8 p.m. at Sycamore Place Gallery in Decatur, 120 Sycamore Place. The event is free and open to the public. Featured poets include Cecilia Woloch (Carpathia), Tania Rochelle (The World's Last Bone), Karen Head (Sassing) and Theresa Davis (Torn). Kodac Harrison will close the evening with song and poet and novelist Collin Kelley will be the host.
There will be light refreshments and wine. Please come out and join us as we celebrate the sixth anniversary of this yearly reading.
Parking at Sycamore Place Gallery is available on Sycamore Place, along E. Howard Avenue and behind the gallery on Hillyer Place. Please do not park in the Felinni's Pizza lot or you may be towed.
